This loan was paid off and was cleared as of Friday 03/02/Its a work day turn around when it comes to paying off a loan and it all getting finalized with the bankThis is why we always call and get a day payoffThis was all handled accordingly

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

I apologize for not getting back to you but I don't see any emailsHowever, I will get together with everyone Monday and get this resolved for you

When the customer came in with the original noise back in November, we determined that the noise was coming from the strut mounts which were not a covered itemCustomer went back to the said [redacted] bodyshop (which her mother works at), and supposedly had the entire set of struts replaced with aftermarket struts that include the strut mountsFactory struts come separate from the strut mounts and would not have fixed concernCustomer then showed up months later in March requesting reimbursement for said repairsCustomer acknowledged that the contract stated that they "must get prior authorization before repairs are performedWe attempted to assist the customer regardless and asked the customer for a credit card receipt for proof of payment because bodyshop receipt provided by her mother stated paid by credit cardCustomer became argumentative and refused to provide us with the credit card receipt. If customer is willing to bring us in the credit card receipt, so that we can send it over to her warranty company as proof that the work was actually performed and paid in full, at that point we can go to bat for the customer and try to get it reimbursed for the said repairsIf a receipt is not available, we had offered the customer $in the interest of customer satisfaction, and that still stands

Your vehicle was recalled because the ignition switch may not be able to stay on with significant torque pulling it to the off positionThe new ignition has been approved to have enough torque to avoid this circumstanceAgain if you are experiencing a different issue that is not related we can't diagnose it if we can not duplicate

This customer has had her vehicle in service for a water pump, cam shaft actuator, and a intake solenoidThese were all on seperate occasions, and were all covered under warrantyThese were the only times that the said customer was in our service department, other than for free oil changesThe vehicle is now here and being diagnosed with General motors technical assistanceWe are not yet sure what is wrong with the vehicle but the vehicle is now out of bumper to bumper warranty, and electrical concern will not be covered under the power train warranty which is only for engine and transmission components. We offered to try and help the customer by trading her out of the vehicle, but due to her credit score and no money down, NO banks would approve herWe have done everything that we could to try and help this customer out

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Your not sorry at allIf you were truly sorry you would make this betterAlso, I am not surprised the least bit that our stories are not matching upWhy would [redacted] admit he messed up? Why would [redacted] admit he swore at me and told me to leave? *** still has nothing to do with thisWhen I came in Tuesday I was hoping to speak to the GM as suggested by [redacted] last Friday, but I was told he was in an interview so I was sat down with will instead who told me there was nothing he could do as a managerYou have said before that no dealership changes fluids, so that still leaves the question of why did [redacted] tell me that you would? How am I supposed to know that’s not something that you don’t “normally do” ? When a salesman promises a customer and the customer believes them its now the customers fault for not knowing better? Shame on me for trusting [redacted] thenHe told me about his service in the Army and Navy and I assumed he was a trustworthy guy and would live up to his end of the dealNobody that I dealt with at McGee respects customersAll they care about is the bottom line and filling their pockets with moneyAlso, when you say “years of free scheduled maintenance” it is very misleadingYou should call it what it actually is: “years of oil changes and tire rotations”When you say free scheduled maintenance, people might think this includes other services because guess what: ALL of the fluids listed above ARE scheduled maintenance AND they were due at or around 50,miles when I bought the truck

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I have just reviewed the dealerships response to my complaint this has nothing to do with friendship this has to do with my credit score I have worked these kinds of deals for several years now and what the dealer did is wrong I am 1st om the loan me [redacted] is second please asked to see the paperwk and the vehicle is owned by Ms [redacted] I although being the 1st person on the loan have no rights to the vehicle who's ever is first on the loan is the person who the vehicle should be titled registers and insd too I am not this person nice try with the friendship comment if there was a fallen out it's because of what the dealer did is wrong I am 1st on a vehicle I have no rights too I was never asked to make a decision in fact just the opposite insisted that loan , vehicle , registration , insurance all in her name thank you Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Mr***, First and foremost your statement is untrue and I will attach the document that proves it to be untrueThe bed liner was talked about and agreed upon BEFORE the sale of the vehicleIt is clearly written in the contract on July 6th,at which time I had no issues with your dealershipOn that date I was given a hand written question survey on my salesmens performance, to which I wrote him a very positive responseHowever when my vehicle was delivered days later and didn't have the running boards and bed liner I was unhappyI was then offered FLOOR MATS by [redacted] to try and make up for it, not the bed liner as you suggestAfter waiting well over a week to resolve this I brought my truck into your service center and was approached by your sales manager [redacted] and told that I "jumped the chain of command at your dealership by complaining to GMI was then told that if I wanted the bed liner I would have to pay for itThis was no doubt retaliation for my phone callIf anyone was berated Mr [redacted] I can assure you it was meAnd as far as posting reviews concerning your dealerships service, I will continue to do my part to help prevent my community from having a negative experience like mine Regards, [redacted]

I truly do not know what has you this upset or what you are talking aboutI can't understand why you are speaking in code if for some reason you feel the car we sold you is bad I will take it back and give you a full refundThere is no attempt to hurt or harm you in anyway you just need to communicate with meAlso if you have questions about preinspections I will be glad to show them to youAgain, I don't understand what has you so upset but a simple call or meeting with me I am sure you would feel differently.***

My offer to purchase the vehicle back from Ed at a 100% refund still standsI have never refused to honor that offer at anytime and have never requested mileage compensationAlso, there is not such a thing as [redacted] Warranty transfer paperworkThe manafacture's warranty comes with the vehicle not the customer Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We did inspect the vehicle prior to selling itWe DID NOT do the vehicles inspection sticker which is the part that would have failed if it had the wrong tires at the time of the inspectionIts been almost a year later and you want me to pay for tires that were purchased elsewhere? Like I said, had you brought it back to us I would have helped you out in anyway that I could have but like you went and got your inspection sticker elsewhere (where it passed with the tires that the vehicle was sold with), you also went elsewhere and purchased new tires and didn't even give our dealership the chance to look at the tires or help with the purchase of new tiresAs for [redacted] saying that the truck should not have been sold with P tires he is correctWe do not believe that it was and the fact that it passed inspection elsewhere bolsters our opinion of how we feel because had it been sold and inspected with P tires, it would not have ever passed inspectionWe sell many heavy duty trucks here at McGee and have never ever had an issue like you are claiming to haveWe are sorry that you feel that we owe you money for purchasing new tires elsewhere, but due to the fact that its almost a year later and you never brought the tires here even for us to inspect before going elsewhere to purchase new tires, we do not feel that we are responsible for paying for your new tires.Sorry

[redacted] all the paperwork says two hundredI was willing to satisfy you but you refuse to return phone calls or emailsWe absolutely don't guarantee any trade in values and your vehicle was sold at auction for $Minus auction fees

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Mcgee did put the sticker on the vehicle I have the inspection record in my glove box Mcgee passed the tires during the inspection and put the sticker on the vehicleThere is no law requiring me to purchase tires from Mcgee just because I purchased the vehicle from Mcgee I am well within the required year timeframe to file a complaintThe only reason why I was aware there were wrong tires on the vehicle is one of the tires failed [redacted] alerted me to the wrong tire issue Stand by your vehicle and compensate me for Mcgees error Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Maybe my email was too long and misinterpretedI fully understand and am aware that there is a cost associated with getting out of a lease earlyHowever, when we’re contacted by the dealership not once but twice with a message saying “hey we want to get you into something else and the early termination penalty will be very minimum or hey we want your current vehicle for our used inventory and willing to give you 120% of its travalue” and then you’re told something completely opposite when you arrive at the dealership Its kind of hard not to be pissed offNo?Answer me these questions This was all in the email and you failed to touch upon any of this in your responseWho’s decision was it to change the mileage agreement on our current leased vehicle from the agreed upon 12K to 10K? Shame on us for not double checking the paperwork but next question will explain why we were not able toWhy would your finance manager not thoroughly review/explain all the details of the paperwork being signed? Especially knowing this was our first time leasing a vehicleI understand it was past closing hours and everyone wanted to go home but if there wasn’t enough time why not just push it off to the next business day? Who’s decision was it to add cents to the monthly payment agreed upon? And why would it have been added without our consent? The sales associate we mentioned to this last time we’re at the dealership knew exactly what we were talking about and avoided discussing the topicWhy post a sales price on your website and then when a customer shows up, you tell them they don’t qualify for that sales prices because they don’t qualify for all the bonus incentives? If McGee would like stick to their word and resolve this, here’s my proposalI’m not going down to the dealership and wasting any more of my timeYou can reach me by email to discussI would prefer everything be in writingYou have my emailHonor the 120% of travalue for our current vehicle like you advertisedHonor the McGee sales price onlineNew Traverse vehicles just hit your lot/website with an advertised $32K sale price for a cloth LTConfirm that GM financial is willing to provide us with a 2.24% interest rate or lower if financed(That’s the rate we can get at our bank) If McGee honors this proposal to it’s fullest, I will go on record to this Revdex.com complaint that McGee made it right Regards, [redacted]

For starters, I don't know who I have been in contact with, you have never stated your name or position at the dealership to meNever have I received an email from you personally and never have you left a voicemail at my numberFurthermore, there has been no attempt to 'satisfy' meThis "bait and switch" routine is preposterousThe car was worth $as scrap, $is not only insulting but bad business on your part Regards, [redacted]

This vehicle was purchased from us months agoI looked at the safety check sheet regarding this truck and the tires measured at 9/which are almost new conditionThe customer did not get his inspection sticker here at McGeeHe took it to an independent shop where it passed inspection months later the customer is calling saying that his tires are low and that they are the wrong tiresI do not know anything about this vehicle having wrong tires on it, nor would it have passed inspection wherever he wentIf the customer would have came here with a tire issue, we would have gave him our cost on another set of new tires

Dear Mr [redacted] - McGee Chevy absolutely cares about our customersIt is my understanding you did not purchase from us and have never serviced with us other than a recall last AugustAlthough, your safety is very important to us other than performing the recall I don't no what else we can do? Unless you are suggesting the recall was not performed correctly? Please let me know

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does satisfy my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed as resolved Regards, [redacted]

I am sorry that this customer feels the way that he does about our dealershipUnfortunately, when anyone tries to get out of a lease early it puts them in a negative equity positionThis does not mean that the deal they got was a bad deal !!! Weather we made money or lost money on the deal is irrelevant as to the customers residual buyoutIf you put money down or discount the vehicle the residual buyout NEVER changesWe would always ask the customer to come in so that we can look at there trade in, the value and see what we can do to make a dealUnfortunately it does not always work outI personally had my wife get out of her Tahoe lease early due to the fact that she went way over the mileageIt cost me $to get out early and into a new leaseIt is nothing personal with this customerIt usually happens to most people if they are trying to get out of a lease early, weather its McGee Chevy or [redacted] ***, ect
