They were fully aware of the issue weeks after I purchased vehicle and in the end they ultimately declined to fix the problem. the new service manager who I had never met and who had never seen my vehicle insisted there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. A vehicle that pulls  and has a loose steering wheel is not acceptable to sell in any car dealership. check your records/emails, I have complained many times about this.

As I said before once she does not get what she wants she starts saying things that has nothing to do with what I said. Her original complaint is that she wanted me to pay for the tires 6 months after she bought a vehicle and the answer still no.

The vehicle was sold on 10/10/16 therefore it is well out of state warranty of 2 months or 2500 miles. The last time the vehicle was here 11/11/16 for tire rotation and it was done at no charge. I have no idea how many miles on the vehicle right now but it had 59753 miles when We sold it.

The tires did pass state inspection at the time we sold the vehicle and the inspection place is an independent shop. As for the transmission we told the customer to bring it in to have looked at and she chose to contact the place that installed the transmission and set up an appointment there which...

should be covered once they look at the vehicle. The customers was very threatening from the first time she called the dealership telling everyone she talked to, to give her what she wants or she is calling the Revdex.com and we consistently said we will comply with the law and she is not entitled to free tires 6 months after she bought a vehicle. We will look into the transmission if she brings the vehicle to us.

I have obtained all the paper work because I had to investigate and find the shop who originally performed work. Do you know that I do have a warranty actually a 3 year warranty. That's right but McGee specifically [redacted] the GM treated me poorly because I was a female and didn't think I would do the leg work. [redacted] thought just because they McGee did the deal that the warranty wouldn't carry over to me the consumer and they could get away with me paying for work or even a new transmission. I'm quite disheartened by the treatment lack of respect and the dishonesty received from this GM. Revdex.com:Why was I not approved before?  The business made me NO offer for credit. They told me I needed a cosigner. But now, I'm approved?  For how much, term, apr?  They never told me I was approved.
