I am rejecting this response because I don't agree with the amount and the paperwork that you've provided I do possess thank you for sending it againThe way I took this letter was that you know that the late fees were wrong and I just need you to own the fact
that your company decided to enter the home knowing I was waiting for a walk through in daysIf you refer back to your emails you will see that I had informed you of leaving a day prior to your damages list and wanted to be present for that walk throughI'm not sure what *** has told you but you were my first landlords I've ever had and I listened to *** because I thought I could trust himYou make it seem like I abandoned the property but I sent you emails even when I wasn't receiving them back.I'm sorry if I don't seem like I want to work with you but this is not how a landlord is suppose to treat there tenants.$floor patching $wall patching$filing fee (although if *** would've called me, he would've never had to file for anythingthat's why it was dropped because we spoke on the phone for once)$Late fee ( is fine)$(honestly never knew about this and you could have called me or emailed me or text me to pay this)-------$520.11-deposit -----$(Right now that's all I feel I owe you)I will pay $for a month of rent instead to meet you half way and I will pay the collection agency that when ever you decide to change the amount. If you don't agree please add it to the list and explain why that should be charged to me. This is the only way I will understand because if you don't get why i'm fighting this then we wont get anywhere.I could've thrown out my own things and bleached down the apartment, the charges for damages are crazy and look like everything that said dirty was marked.Everything else was on account of bad communication on your part and you took my things and didn't care if you removed sentimental objects from my home on account of past experiences with tenantsI'm not sure what I did to make you guys avoid me and make me feel that I wasn't cooperatingi wanted to settle on $for a months rent for JulyI feel like you've received the proper money for what needed to be done through my deposit of $and $for a month of rent is what I will pay.
P.sI still have the keys to that duplex and when you decide to settle this, it can be sent to you so that there are no ties to me with your company or that apartment.
