Review: Brought a used car from them had problem with the headlight told them about it they pay it no mind. When the headlight bulb went out they said just buy new one which I did still the headlight won't working took the car to them now the whole headlight is bad and it cost 700 for a new one and they want me buy it. I told them about the problem since I first got the car. They was very racist and rude to me. I had this car for like 2weeksDesired Settlement: They should buy the whole headlight

Review: In October 2015, I purchased a used vehicle from Mcgeorge Toyota. The sales transaction appeared flawless at the dealership (sales price, taxes, tags and registration). Mcgeorge used a 3rd party titling company called Green Light Titling to complete the registration and titling. We are are an active duty family from FL (resident) stationed in VA. We are now on our 5/6 set of 30 days tags, and the car registration is still not resolved. We have made continual contact attempts since October with the sales finance manager (Ron G[redacted]) used sales manager (Chad D[redacted]) and General Manager (Bob F[redacted]) response to resolve the issue has been unsatisfactory. We currently have a car that we make monthly payments on, paid all taxes on and fulfill our obligations but not able to drive with expired 30 day tags.Desired Settlement: This experience has created a plethora of issues (work, mobility, financial and mental strain) we are preparing to return the vehicle for a full refund (per state law)

Regards,

Review: We purchase a [redacted] from McGeorge Toyota in September of 2007. Over the weekend out vehicle was damage by another vehicle we submit a claim with our insurance company we were required to get estimates for the damage and we did and by both body shops we were told that our vehicle was damage already and was repair with bondo we were very shocked with this since our vehicle has never been in an accident or damage. We have decide to do a little investigation of our own and come to find out our vehicle damage before we even purchase it. We called the main Toyota line and spoke with many different people and of course nobody wants to give us any information. We were told that the vehicle came from [redacted] in [redacted] to McGeorge Toyota but nobody has record of the damage. So we called the main line to Toyota and was giving the timeline of our vehicle and come to find out there was record of damage at [redacted] (R.O #[redacted]) when we spoke to David at McGeorge he inform us that he has no record of the damage. When we called [redacted] and spoke with [redacted] he informed us that we had no right to know what the damage was. We have call McGeorge general manage [redacted] and left message and no respond I guess he knew it was damage too. We are so disappointed in Toyota right now and question who's lying to us. We paid over $27,000.00 for this vehicle and to find out that it was damage before we purchase the vehicle and everyone just sat back and didn't tell us. Why??? We have purchase many Toyota's in our lifetime and never question anything that Toyota has told us. I will also be writing one of these about [redacted] in [redacted] ThanksDesired Settlement: First I want someone to explain to me about what happen and then I would like someone to tell me why did they sell me a damaged vehicle and since it was damaged I want to be refunded some of my money that I spend to purchase what I thought was a new vehicle with no damages. Thanks
