Our company strives on providing the up most respect for our customers. This driver was interviewed on the day of the complaint and he said that he had poor signal when providing the customer with the mandatory 30 Minute Pre-call and was speaking loud so that the
customer could hear him and at no time was rudeThe customer called into the office and quickly said she wanted to cancel the shipment. Furthermore the color of a person delivering your freight should not be a determining factor
This freight arrived to our facility on 6/20/from the supplier without proper BOL's and Customer ID Tags which is the reason for the longer than rather delay in getting this located. We were however able to contact the supplier to locate the proper freight that was shipped and correct the
BOL & Customer Tags. Please know that we can't make any authorization with out the 3rd Parties conclusion to the open ticket on the issue at hand. Today, I'm showing this shipment was out for delivery on 6/27/and will be delivered before 5PM (EST). Total time in our facility - DaysPlease note: There might be an issue with the freight showing in transit or at other cross-dock facilities that are not related to Racer Cartage & Logistics here in Indianapolis, IN. However no excuses and I hope you may accept our sincere apology for the delay in our response and we treat every customers shipment as thoroughly as the next, ensuring that every question goes unanswered
