I responded verbally to the complainant knowing for a fact that any over spray that gets on any material is not problematicI have done this as my full time profession for years and have been able to resolve all ofthe minimal number of issues I have hadIn direct response to ***ts complaint
I take my precautions with over spray by choosing the appropriate days and times to workI do not spray stain when it is breezy and I typically work as the sun rises which is the case on this dayThere wasn't any wind when I started this job and it continued this way throughout the jobThe $7,commercial sprayer I use sprays stain in a "superfine mist", almost microscopicIf any over spray gets on something it is of very little volume and it is easy to remove as it is 70% oil When I spoke with *** I had left Benbrook and was in Desoto, over an hour awayI told her I would fry to get back before the end of the night and would rinse off her dwarf mondo grass and clean the stoneI told her if I couldn't make it back that night I would be there at am the following dayShe told me I couldn't rinse her grass at that time because it was in direct sunlight and it couldntt be watered in direct sunlightShe wanted me to leave the job I was doing immediately to rinse her grassIt was noon and the sun would be directly on the grassA thoroughly confusing, contradictory requestShe mentioned little concern for her dog, only the mondo grass I'm certain Standard Paints/Wood Defender told her it would kill grass and harm animals if it was contacted/ingested but in what quantities? I'm also certain that if you called Heinz about their vinegar, Wesson about their oil or any of the household cleaners we use in our homes they would say the same thingI explained to *** that if I dumped a gallon of bucket of stain on her grass or her dog drank a considerable amount if would kill the grass or cause harm but as I stated earlier, a very low volume superfine mist is what we're dealing with hereI deal with this product everyday and have for yearsI do not wear glovesI haven't had any issues whatsoever in the handling of this product I was unable to make it back that eveningI text her at the next morning offering my servicesI never received a responseI would have been glad to clean the stone, rinse the grass to please herIn no way did I intend to cause any harm and as of today I have no proof that I didI am a company of I personI keep it this way because at years old I am very responsible and do everything possible to run a professional company and make sure homeowners possessions are cared for
