I am rejecting this response because: Yelp review shows the same issue I have hadOther reviews have shown work is drawn out, poor quality, and some are subject to other offices in other districts and do not directly reflect your offices workLets not forget, Ecoview did not perform this job, a unprofessional sub contractor didI am only trying to recoup the damages caused by these barley legal practices your company has choices to perform underI did not hire you to turn around and hire some one elseMaybe there are few bad reviews online because you used threats with them like you did with my wife and IMaybe your sub contractors act in a such a way that has caused fear in your customersMaybe no one has been willing to stand up to you

I am rejecting this response because:When we first contacted Ecoview we let them know what our plans wereWe were getting this house ready for sale and time was of the utmost important issue as my wife and myself both work multiple jobsWe were assured they were the fastest in the industryWe had good verbal contact till they did the estimateAfter they received our deposit we could not get them on the phone againThey sent me an email at 7pm the night before the work was suppose to begin at 8amNo phone call, no warning, just an emailWhen you have been waiting for weeks you think a phone call would be mandatoryNeedless to say I did not get the email in timeThen it was excuse after excuse, and price change after price changeOnce they got around to it, they rescheduled and sent out some really unprofessional, unskilled, uneducated people to perform the contracted workThis was not apart of our contract written or verbalThese subcontractors were aggressive and rude and slow and very messyThey left screws and saw dust and cigarette butts all over the placeThey just decided it was ok for them to use the homes facilities without any warning at all, and had several smoke breaks on the porch while the front door was off, letting in smoke and smells we are still dealing withAll of this could have been easily excusable if the work was even decentThese subcontractors ripped the trim off with crowbars breaking it and damaging the walls behind itCut down the step plate instead of replacing itReused the badly damaged trimsThey did not removed old nails and installed trim over them, so nothing sits flushThey cut trims incorrectly and filled the large gaps with cockingThe left the screws out of the hinges, installed the striker plate incorrectly and stripped a lot of the hardwareThey damaged the hardwood floor and left huge gaps all the way aroundPunchers the new weather strips with their drillsThe door drags and doesn't shut correctlyWhen I questions the subcontractors about these things they told me, "It is what it is, call *** you are his problem"I tried to get an invoice from *** several times to see exactly what I paid for and what I was paying forI was told I couldn't have an invoice until I paid for the jobI wanted to know why the reused the damaged trims and was told "We have other jobs to do today, your st is fine!" Every time I emailed and called the price changedI emailed 20+ photos of the damages and it was brushed offWhen I was told he would send the subcontractors out to fix it, I declinedI hired Ecoview to perform the contracted work, not subcontractorsWhen I demanded I be given a break down of the balance owned that is when the threats startedIts bad enough to have these thugs in front of my property all day smoking and telling dick jokes, but now I am being threatened by the owner of this companyI was told that if I did not pay the balance immediately that *** would file a mechanics lien and he would have his subs do the same! This was outrageous behavior for any professional being that it had only been a weekI did ask for a discount because we had another company give us an estimate of over $to repair the damages that Ecoview has causedI did not want these classy gentleman back at my property and after the threats were made my wife urged me to just pay them and make them go away! So if this is what you mean by rectified than so be it, here we areThe reason I made this complaint in the first place is so no one else gets this sub par work performed and then threatened into paying a blind invoiceMy wife is afraid of these guys now and fears they will take up arms in retaliation after making this complaintThat is not quality business, that is not professional in any wayHow can you honestly think it is ok to perform this unquestionably bad work, then use threats to get invoices paidThese issues are not resolved, and I still do not have an acceptable invoice showing what we paid for

This should be removed as we have rectified any issues with the customer and it has been resolvedOur installer was invloved in a car accident the night before the scheduled installationWe were unable to complete the installation the day it was scheduled due to the accident, and asked the
customer if we could rescheduleCustomer unfortunately did not understand and was not happyWe scheduled another date with the customerAfter the installation we called the customer to follow up and collect the balance dueCustomer emailed us stating there were some issues with the doorWe offered to correct any issues and the customer declinedCustomer wanted a discount instead of correcting any minor issuesWe gave the customer a discount and it has been resolved
