I am rejecting this response because: Yelp review shows the same issue I have had. Other reviews have shown work is drawn out, poor quality, and some are subject to other offices in other districts and do not directly reflect your offices work. Lets not forget, Ecoview did not perform this job, a unprofessional sub contractor did. I am only trying to recoup the damages caused by these barley legal practices your company has choices to perform under. I did not hire you to turn around and hire some one else. Maybe there are few bad reviews online because you used threats with them like you did with my wife and I. Maybe your sub contractors act in a such a way that has caused fear in your customers. Maybe no one has been willing to stand up to you.

Our positive reviews speak for themselves. This is an unfortunate example of a consumer who's main ojective was to receive a discount.

customer if we could reschedule. Customer unfortunately did not understand and was not happy. We scheduled another date with the customer. After the installation we called the customer to follow up and collect the balance due. Customer emailed us stating there were some issues with the door. We offered to correct any issues and the customer declined. Customer wanted a discount instead of correcting any minor issues. We gave the customer a discount and it has been resolved.
