First off my windows were not crooked. Secondly you compensate for the less of the windows and center accordingly. Thirdly just because a friend offered to pay for me doesn't give you the right to treat me less of a customer than any body else. We had talked and I told ya I didn't want them boxed because of this. You are not a nice person. You  just about snapped at me when I  wanted to put another molding around the frame next to my stove. I hired you to do a job for me not to come and do and say. "basically this is what you get deal with it. No you were in the wrong. I'm sorry your worker was  not up to par and later had a heart  attack.. But you could of finished his job.  It was you told me you were not gonna charge me. But you did make me pay for the supplies. The job wasn't done right. After all you hired him. Yes and because my walls were not sanded properly this is costing me more paint and primer.  You gave yourself a bad rep not me. Any body would of centered the windows. That and you should of done what I told ya to do. Just to do them separate and not to box them. Also it would of taken you less time as well. The work you did and I didn't ask that person to help me either. They did that out of the kindness of their heart.  I know for a fact if it was  any body else they would been complaining as well.. You knew what you did wrong but still left it. When I contacted him the first time. I asked him to come and see me. These messages will state as follows. Without even knowing I told him there was a problem.  He jumped to tell me that sorry things were not up to my standards. There is a right way and a wrong way. I know I installed and framed every window in my home. I know they were off centered but I compensated and I didn't boxed them because one it is harder and two you can't compensate that way. You measure the least and make the other side the same way. Which if one no need to shim but if need be you do the other  side to match by adding or shimming. It was not easy installing those window's many years ago. But I did them and they looked and they were framed evenly. I'm not a carpenter but I know windows on the inside frame need to be centered. Neatly boxed or not you still have to centered the inside. Being a carpenter for twenty years common sense tells you that is the proper way to do things. Has nothing to do to my standards. Right way and a wrong way. Lastly you did ruin my basketball hoop. I saw you place it by my tree and that is where you left it. You dragged it there and only notice it was on wheels in the end. So yes that is true you put a whole in the base. He is some lucky this didn't fall on my car or worst hurt somebody. It would be more than a complaint going on here. I was not nasty to him either. I was speaking up for myself.  I shouldn't have to pay for this! That and the person who paid for me should also be refunded. I have to live with what they did here. That is not fair.  We all make mistakes and as a professional in his field he should of been doing just that.  I'm sorry but this was not a professional job. Attached a couple of the messages.

the $797 total and wish to remain anonymous I explained this to [redacted] and she was more than happy to accept the gift she was happy and pleased as we trimmed all 5 windows with tight miters they were Square level and caulk. Unfortunately when she had installed the windows she had installed them unlevel and not centered in the openings this forced us to have to put our work square and level making the window reveals slightly off this did not seem to be a problem the day we installed them and she was home watching us a couple days later while in the hospital having our second baby me at Express her concern that the windows were not parallel with her crooked windows I continue to explain to her that are jams were leveled Plumb and square and her windows were installed wrong she insisted we were far from professional I could not convince her anyway other after multiple conversations you continue to insult me tell me that I had taken advantage of her had messed work up at her expense and then a few days later she mentioned that we had ruined a basketball hoop which we actually just rolled across the pavement on the wheels to get out of the way when we brought our trailer into the yard she also voiced her concerns about a painting job I had another gentlemen that work for me do he had a small heart attack at home and wasn't able to finish the job I informed her of that the day we finish the windows and told her I would not be charging her for the work that he had done prior to that the week before therefore she was never charged for any painting work I'm not sure how to help or please or if there's even a single way I can convince [redacted] that we tried our best with what product we had to work with and with the circumstances of one of my guys having a heart attack I've been in business for almost 20 years and I've never had a customer voice a complain such as the one [redacted] has
