I recently had Prelude Fences and Decks install my 6xposts for my fence that I am planning on buildingMy experience with this company was generally negativeThe company owner was a nice enough personRespectful and completed the work when he said he wouldThe problem that I had was the quality of the workWe hired this company to drill and set posts, however, they did not pack the posts properlyResulting in the posts to shift and become unlevelMyself and my neighbor had to level the posts, get more gravel to set the posts properly and spend days correcting their poor jobThey also didn't drill the posts in the correct location, making us adjust our overall plan with the fenceWhen I addressed my concerns with the company owner, he said the work was completed correctly and there was nothing he would doI am extremely disappointed with the results and would not use this company in the future
I would just like to share my experience with this company as a very good one
There was an issue with one of the pieces of wood that was noted a month after my deck was built and they promptly addressed the issue I am very thankful and am very happy with my deck...got lots of compliments
