When Mr*** contacted our office on July 5, 2017, he informed our staff member he had already paid this account to the clientAt that time our staff member began asking further questions regarding the payment so his dispute could be researched. Mr*** was unwilling to help with the resolution of his disputeAt no time was he informed the balance was a feeWe contacted our client who informed us this balance is owed by Mr***, however they are willing to write the balance off as a courtesy to him. His account has been closed and returned by CFSWe truly believe in quality customer service. I wish to assure Mr*** that CFS is a non-credit reporting agency so no adverse effect will appear on his credit.
