Tell us why hereDear Sir or Madam, Thank you for your prompt email regarding the consumer’s complaint filed by [redacted] After careful review of this account, I would like to help you understand what took place in the short period of time while it was in our officeMs [redacted] did in fact pay her account off with Client Financial Services on January 9, Our agency reports any and all payments paid to CFS once a month to Beaumont Notification was sent to them the first of February I had been informed Beaumont was running behind in their posting of our payments Ms [redacted] contacted our office on March 1, regarding Beaumont not having her paymentMy staff member promised to provide her with a paid in full letter and that was not requestedI apologize to Ms [redacted] for the lack of oversightBeaumont has since been made aware of Ms [redacted] ’s dispute and has updated her account CFS is mailing her out a paid in full notice for her records No derogatory credit information has been reported by CFS to any outside entities of any kind thus there will be no adverse effect on Ms [redacted] ’s credit as a result of the accounts being placed with CFS I hope this letter clears up any confusion regarding the complaintIf she should have any further questions she can call [redacted] at ###-###-#### or [redacted] at ###-###-#### Sincerely Yours, [redacted] President Client Financial Services ###-###-####

Dear Sir or Madam, After careful review on the Revdex.com complaint involving *** *** (***), let me please say that Client Financial Services (CFS) is a reputable company that values the integrity of our name and the services we perform with a consumer friendly approach
When Mr*** contacted our office on July 5, 2017, he informed our staff member he had already paid this account to the clientAt that time our staff member began asking further questions regarding the payment so his dispute could be researched. Mr*** was unwilling to help with the resolution of his disputeAt no time was he informed the balance was a feeWe contacted our client who informed us this balance is owed by Mr***, however they are willing to write the balance off as a courtesy to him. His account has been closed and returned by CFSWe truly believe in quality customer service. I wish to assure Mr*** that CFS is a non-credit reporting agency so no adverse effect will appear on his credit. Should Mr*** wish to discuss the need of further assistance on the account, he is welcome and encouraged to contact *** *** at ###-###-#### or Dave Barnes at ###-###-####.
