Mr. O[redacted] approached us to build him a custom truck. He had a list of specific desires he wished to be included in the custom build. As always, we try our hardest to incorporate as much of our customers desires into their specific build as possible. We work very hard on delivering within the...

parameters of the pre-determined budget. This particular build was about as custom as you can get and on a very tight budget. I could go into the specifics but this is not the forum to do so. Let us just say that all the components that went into his truck were never meant to do so, but we made it work. Refer to our webpage or social media outlets and you will plainly see the things we accomplish. Mr. O[redacted], being new and inexperienced to the Custom vehicle world, grew very impatient with the time frame it was taking to complete his 1 off custom vehicle (9 months) and was not shy about letting us know it. When problems presented themselves, as they often do with any one off custom build, he became irritated and repeatedly said he was not spending any more money. We created a one of a kind vehicle that was in working order with some final things to address. We went further to spend our own money with no reimbursement to push completion of the truck along. Having our name on a vehicle means that despite our monetary loss and time loss on his increasingly taxing project, we were still correcting things that were not acceptable to us. However, we were told that the truck was being picked up from our shop and finished in the owner's home state. A short time later we would learn that despite the truck being 98% complete, the owner was now spending more than the total sum we were given to AQUIRE AND TO BUILD the truck, just to tie off loose ends that we were not able to, due to him pulling it from our shop. The fact that he was doing so shows the tight parameters we were working within. To address the specific claim at hand, Mr. O[redacted] received what he paid for and much more. His budget did not allow for upgraded injectors, nor did the build need them. The funds provided for the build barely covered the truck itself and the rest of the components, with all labor costs on our part being lost. The Stage 2 Fuel Pin was left out on for a reason. We, in our efforts to correct things that were not acceptable to us, bought with our money a new $800 component to start a new with. The fuel pin, being a power upgrade was not necessary at this juncture and was to be added later after preliminary engine tuning was complete. At this point we were still working on his vehicle with the car hauler in route for pick up. In the scramble of loading his vehicle on a hauler in the dark of night with his absence, the fuel pin not being loaded was an honest mistake. The fuel pin has been sent to him in his home state and we wish him well.

I am rejecting this response because: you can close this case it's total bt they left out all the reasons it was pulled from their shop...it's ok I have the word out on all social medias about their practices and it's worth a lot more word of mouth than your Revdex.com complaint could ever do....I have all correspondences from texts form both co-owners ...every word and it's being taken care of in another fashion....
Regards,
[redacted] O[redacted]
