*** *** *** When the customer picked up the unit in question under this case # he was given the opportunity to drive the
machine and personally inspect it before loading Our Sales man Ed B*** explained the customer that this was a used machine and it was used in salt and the condition was for a machine used in salt Ed has informed me the customer did indeed call with complaint. Ed reminded him that#He was informed the machine was used for snow removal in salt and had wear constant to such#He personally picked the machine up and was given the opportunity to inspect in, which was also recommended by our VP Gary K*** and said no I am good and loaded it and left Ed has reported to me that he ask Customer what it would take to make him happy He would as is our standard procedure bring the complaint to me for a decision We do not and never have intentionally lied or misrepresented any item we sold, we sell used equipment and used equipment is priced according to condition This machine in top notch condition would of been priced several thousand dollars higher That being said I would like to make this customer happy and have no problem issuing a REASONABLE monetary refund or Credit to future purchases which is standard for us when these issues arrive Thank You,Greg M***CEO / PresidentMcGrew Companies*** ***
