Will not give me payoff total.
Leased car from McGuire Kia. 2016 Kia Soul. Actually good car. But, decided to trade it in elsewhere on a Sports Car. Contacted Corporate for payoff, told they cannot give it contact dealer. Did so by phone, told not currently available? Did so by email, tried to upsell me three times. Told them CLEARLY I wanted to trade in the KIA for another brand, and I needed the payoff. Nothing. 4 more emails, same thing. Finally I was told by the dealer "You should just keep it". Something so trivial has gone waaaay out of control. How in the world can they simply not tell me the payoff? Called corporate AGAIN, told nothing they can do. Called DEALER AGAIN, told they will get back to me. THREE MONTHS GONE BY. This is something everyone does every day, millions of times a day. Why will they not give me a payoff? Makes no sense. But they won't, and I have been in contact with more than one person at the dealership.

Desired Outcome

I just want the payoff for my vehicle. I will then trade it in and move along. Shame, as I probably would have eventually bought another KIA; but not now. EVER. I just want the payoff amount so I can trade it in. PLEASE. THREE MONTHS SO FAR TRYING!!!

Thanks again, and I appreciate what you do!! I am 100% confident that it would have NEVER been provided had you not helped. It's endemic; even Corporate would not help/assist at all.

The process they have is more than broken; claiming Fl Law won't allow them to ell me how much I owe on my car?

I leased a kia soul from Orlando kia for three years. Then when I gave up the lease to buy a 2018 kia from dyer kia of lake wales nothing but trouble. My first statement the auto -pay was denied. I called kia we found my bank routing number ending with two 8's but they had one 8. Kia wavied the late fee and I made the payment with my debit card plus western union fee. Next month auto -pay was denied again. I called kia the missing 8 is still not added and I was told I must pay $47.00 to have it added on .I was told they waive late fees only once so the late fee stayes.I talked to a supervisor and informed her I was not paying for kia negiligence. She told me to make a monthly payment while I dispute the late fees.Four months and the routing number still has a 8 missing and I am still being charged the $47.00 fee to rectify this situation. I called Revdex.com and found out that dyer kia of lakewales has a `F' rating.

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment please add the missing 8 and stop charging me the $47.00 as your penalty

I apologize the customer is having such trouble with her autopay. This is a issue with the actual bank the customer financed with, not the dealer. We do not collect monthly payments on car loans at the dealership. If there is anything I can do to help, please feel free to contact me and I will call the bank on your behalf.

I called kia talked to a finance supervisor named Tony.was told once I sent in my complaint to Revdex.com they no longer have anything to say to me it is out of their hands. I then asked why was I sent a letter in the mail to contact Maguire Kia about this issue. Tony reassured me that he had no clue.I WAS ALSO TOLD THEY HAVE NOTHING MORE TO SAY TO ME. I also wanted to say I will pay the $47 not because I am at fault but to save credit card fees until i'm enrolled in auto-pay.

As I said before. We do not collect payments or any late fees here at the dealership the customer has to call the bank and go over all of that with them. If she has any trouble going anywhere with the bank she can call me and I will walk her through the phone call. She can call the dealership and ask for Miguel Rodriguez or if she wants, I can call her.

Have a lease car and was trying to trade it in & purchase a vehicle & now I am stuck with two cars. Because I was not able to turn in the lease car.

McGuire kia had a car tent sales in Ocala,fl and on 5-5-18 I went and spoke to a sales person I think his name was leo and told him I have a lease vehicle that I will like to trade in and get a purchase vehicle. the sales man took off to get more info and when he came back he said they will pay off my kia (lease car). So they did all the paper work and when I finished signing that's when they told me that they don't turn in lease vehicle that I will just have to turn it in to the kia dealership on Monday. All this time I taught that will be all I need to do when I contact the kia dealership they told me I was unable to turn in the car because I had a contract. I contacted McGuire Kia on 5-7-18 & 5-8-18 to let them know that I needed to turn back the vehicle cause I could not pay two different monthly installments and they said I could not turn it in. on 5-8-18 I contacted the bank (The Credit Union Loan Source) on this new vehicle and spoke to a *** that is trying to see how he can help me. I am very disappointed with what they told me to get someone to buy the car from me. I will appreciate any help that your entity can give me. Dealers like this need to be stop of taking advantage of senior citizens.

Desired Outcome

All I am requesting is that the lease vehicle is traded in without me owing anything and if they cant do that then they need to take back the new vehicle cause I cannot pay two vehicles. If they do take the lease the payment on the new vehicle should be the amount on the finance contract $324.15. Cannot keep both vehicles.

I just bought a used vehicle from them and it was the most pleasant experience at a car dealership ever. The person (Sierra) who answers the phone is responsive and friendly and is prompt, my sales person (Bradley), the appraiser (Victor), the sales manager (Sky), and the financial person (Aven) could not have been more pleasant and there was zero pressure from anyone to make the sale. Could not have been more accommodating and pleasant. Shocked to see this rating and would recommend them to anyone. On top of that the price was remarkable, could not be more pleased.

They added nitrogen gas to the truck tires that already had nitrogen gas in them.
On November 21, 2016 I brought my new GMC truck into this dealership to have nitrogen added to my tires. I originally thought that I had air in the tires. I thought the white caps that had green lettering on them, were PSI indicators for the car computer. So I would know how much air pressure I had in each tire. I later found out that these caps were to indicate that I had nitrogen in the tires. I bought the truck from Houston GMC in Lake Wales. I talked to the service manager and he told me that all their vehicles have nitrogen in the tires and all have the white green caps. What the McGuire dealership did was to charge me for nothing. As I already had nitrogen gas in my tires. They charged me $53.45. When I went in to explain what happened. I was treated with disrespect, contempt and total disregard. I explained right off that I wasn't here to get my money back. But I wanted them to know that I caught what they did to me. I'm an elderly man, and have been told by my friends that I am somewhat intimidating by looks. I say that because if they're going to treat me that way, how are they going to treat other elderly people. How are they going to treat your son or your daughter or your wife for that matter. I really don't believe you can trust these people. And I would stay away from them.

Desired Outcome

I would like to have my money returned to me an apology for the way I was treated.

I purchased a used car and from the day I drove off the lot there were issues.
I purchased a 2010 Chevy Equinox in January of 2017. I asked about the inspection and check out of the car before I purchased it. The salesman as well as several other people including the general manager were involved in this purchase as we were there for about 8 hours. They stated that it was checked out of their machine and everything was fine. The vehicle I purchased broke down the same week. Lights came up on the dashboard including the check engine light. When I called in to let them know what was happening they told me they had to send me over to Mcguire Chevrolet because they didnt have the Chevy machine to run diagnostics on the vehicle as they are a kia dealership. That of course set up a red flag as I was told they checked the vehicle out on their machine and it was in excellent condition before I purchased it. They were in the process of purchasing the Chevy dealership so they were all one company. It took a few weeks of me calling because I couldnt get a callback but I finally got it approved to take it to the Chevy shop and have the repairs done which were over $1000.00. They repaired for free since it was in the same week I bought it. At this time I spoke with the Kia dealership and tried to get them to agree to switch the car out for another as I believed there were issues with this vehicle that were not disclosed. They couldn't have done a diognostic test before the sale if now they were saying they didnt have a machine to do so. On 9/1/2017 the car without warning or any indicator lights stopped moving while my grandson was driving. I had it towed to the Chevy dealer that did the repairs the first time and am now being told it needs a new transmission. They tried charging me $4000.00 for a new transmission. I even heard the person at the desk say they had to drain the oil from the car as they apparently started an oil change without my authorization. I was afraid to drive it off the lot. The car is also scratched on the rear right fender over the tire. This was not there when I took it in to be looked at. Of course I have tried to get ahold of someone at the Kia dealership where it was purchased and was told the general manager that was there when I purchased the car would call me back and I haven't heard anything.

Desired Outcome

I am having the transmission replaced by another shop and they are charging $2700.00. Since I havent been able to get anyone to discuss the issue with my vehicle I am seeking compensation for the repairs i need to pay for.
