McGuire Painting

Review: I contracted for house painting and mortar/pointing work. Upon completion I informed contractor that I was not happy with mortar work and that a few cracks re-appeared on side of my house. Initially, he said he never did pointing work before but would get someone to fix it. He did not personally do the mortar work but subcontracted that portion of the job to someone else. He said the cracks were no problem to fix. For the next 2 months, I left messages on his answering machine to which he did not respond. I also send him a certified letter asking him to respond to my calls so that we could resolve this amicably.Desired Settlement: To have pointing job re-done and cracks patched and re-painted.
