The facts of this situation are as followsCustomer came in to my store back on 7-29-They inquired about a used mower that we had in stockThey decided to purchase the machine and we explained that we would like to have the opportunity to look it over and get readyThe customer insisted they
take the mower that day and they could bring the unit back later to double check and repair a leaking line on the machineThey took delivery of the machine and things were ok until we received a call within a short time ( I think it was a few days) of the delivery with a problem of having to jump the unit to start itThis situation was brought to my attention and we gave the customer a new battery at no cost to them that day to resolve the issueIt was the last time we heard from him until he came in upset on 9-with the mower having to be jumped and it would only start and run after being jumped for minutesWe explained that we would need to have the mower hear to diagnose the issue to see what was wrongThey brought it in as they have indicated in their letterI personally unloaded the unit by myself off the trailer as the purchaser stayed in his truckHe then came into the store and requested a loaner mower which I said was not possible at this time but assured him we would look it over to see what was wrongI informed him at the time of the drop off we did not have a lawn and garden tech in that day due to his day offWe are currently on a week wait time to repair machines but this unit was moved to the front of the line and looked at as promised on 7-later in the day (we had hoped to have an idea before noon)We found the unit to have a bad regulator and ordered the parts from Dixie ChopperThe parts landed here on 9-and were installed on the unit todayI have been away at the Farm science review where I have had a booth since MondayThe unit has been repaired and is ready for pick upI have not been able to look over the machine as the show runs till Thursday and will not be back into the office till FridayStill all of this has been done at no cost to the customerPlease let me know if you would like me to contact directly when I get back or if you would like to continue to mediate this issue. On April 9, I purchased an Aluma MC Trailer from McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks Every year we have taken the trailer to Florida we have had some kind of issue with the trailer Some of the issues have been clearance light flying off the trailer, the rock guard welds breaking, to replacing the rock guard, to the new rock guard welds cracking , to the welds cracking again, to a blown tire, to a blown tire that damaged the fenderMay 1, 2017:
It is the last one that I am not writing for this review I called McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks on May and talked with Ken S*** I told him I needed a new fender for the MC trailer because the tire blew and damage the fender He told me he had one in stock and would ship it to me He also told me that the fender was about $and the total cost to replace the fender should be no more than $Since I was in a condo, I told him I did not have the shipping information but I would call him back He said he placed the order and that when I call back I could talk with anyoneI said okAfter I arrived at the welder’s place of business I called McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks to give them the shipping information Melissa answered the telephone and said there was no shipping order for me and Ken was with a customer When he was finished he would return my callI called back about two hours later and Melissa answered the telephone again I told her that I need to talk with Ken and she said he was with another customer I asked if that was the same customer when I called two hours earlier She got Ken on the phone and he was perturbed he had to take this phone call and stated “You have to give me more than two hours to return a call He took all the shipping information and said he would ship the fender the next day He also said he would send me the tracking information when it was available I told him the only reason I was talking with him was because Melissa said there was no order and I did not want to get the wrong fender for the trailer I needed Ken informed me that I could pay for the fender when I returned home I advised Ken I needed the fender delivered to the welder in Florida by May 14thMay 8, 2017:
Since I did not hear from McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks I called back and talked with Kenny, his son I told him I was looking for the status of the fender and the tracking number He said he had to talk with his dad and get back with me He never did call me back I checked with the welder in Florida and he had not yet received the fenderMay 15, Since I did not hear from McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks I called back and talked with someone named Nick I told him I was looking for the status of the fender and the tracking number He said he had to talk Ken and get back with me He never did call me back As of this date, the welder still had not received the fenderMay 16, Since I did not hear from McGuire’s Distinctive Trucks I called back and talked with someone named Nick I told him I thought he was going to get back with me yesterday and he said that Ken was going to call me back I said I need to know if the fender was even ordered He said all he can say if that Ken would call me back I then made other arrangements with the welder for fabricating a fender and installing it The welder agreed to assist me as I was from out of state and needed a fender to travel back to OhioAs of this date (May 22, 2017) I have yet to receive a call back from Ken I am very unhappy with the interaction with this individual and business, especially since there have been so many past issues with this trailer I was stranded in Florida as I was unable to even order another fender from another Aluma dealer due to waiting on information from Ken (other dealers gave me a five day turnaround, but this was outside my scheduled return date) I now have two different fenders on this trailer because Ken S*** never bothered to send the fender or return a telephone call indicating he had no intentions of sending the fender

I purchased a Dixie Chopper Zero Turn lawn mower from McGuire Distinctive Truck on 08-01-when I bought it I asked them if I would receive any kind of warranty they told me I would receive a day warranty the battery went bad I went to the store and talked to the "owner" on 08-03-and he replaced the battery but only after seeming to be irritated that I wanted a new battery only days after purchasing the lawn mowerWhen I bought the lawnmower I told them that the battery was dead and I wanted a new battery and the sales man told me that was fine he would replace it no charge to me, also the hydraulic lines for the operation of the lawnmower were leaking and the salesman again told me that he would have those replaced that it would be a few days to get them ordered into the store I said that was fine but I would like to take the mower home to mow my yard since I had no lawnmower at the moment he said that he would call me when the parts came in for me to bring the mower bac
