My air conditioner stopped producing cold air over the weekend. I called on a Sunday and got a call right back scheduling an appointment for 7am Monday morning. The service tech was very knowledgeable and polite. Fixed my 18 year old unit instead of suggesting I get a whole new unit. Very trustworthy company. Most companies tell you that you need a whole new unit when they are that old. I highly recommend!
