His bank then notified Xpressbet on Monday August 11th that the balance of his checking account was insufficient to cover the $150.00 transactionXpressbet lost the $150.00 and moved his account into the collections statusIt is Xpressbet's policy not to provide any services to accounts in the collections status until the balance is resolved

Xpressbet processed the withdraw request the same day as the complaint was filed with the Revdex.com.   I would consider this case resolved.

However, Ms. [redacted] was prohibited from withdrawing the promotional monies that Xpressbet added to her account. This is addressed in the Terms and Conditions of this specific promotion.
