MCHALE'S JUST STARTED DOING HEATING AND AIR NOT SINCE 1950 THEY ARE LIARS
I purchased a Heat pump in November that did not work as the installers screwed up the installation as they reversed the wires and my brother in law Griff who purchased a heat pump a week later had the same problems as they had everyone in the office come to our houses to fix and they could not figure out why the two heat pumps did not work so I called Christian HVAC and they told me on both systems the heat kit was connected wrong so I had to call another company to fix so Christian told me that Mchale's just started doing heating and air recently not since 1950 like they advertise so please don't make the same mistake that my brother in law and I made so stay away from Mchale's as they have no clue about heating and air thank god for Christian to come out and fix both of our systems, beware Mchale's is lost when it comes to heating and air.
DO NOT USE MCHALE'S UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND 15 K FOR A SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT WORK! THEY SAY 1950 THAT'S A WHITE LIE THEY JUST STARTED DOING HEATING AND AIR
Dear [redacted] :I'm writing response to complaint ID # [redacted] , have not received any emails regarding this complaint filed on 5/5/until your phone call this morning, Thank you for faxing me the reportI'm shocked after reading this complaintWe completed the work on Thursday 4/21/Please see the attached invoiceDuring the repair the homeowner told out tech "he was unsure how he was going to pay for the work because he couldn't afford it." On that day and without notice, he left his home with two of my technicians working on the pump, We completed and tested the workIt was working 100%We called him upon completion multiple times from his home to inspect the work and receive final paymentHe has never called backI Marty G [redacted] went back to the home on Monday 4/25/16, The front door was open, windows open, T.V on, and his car in the drivewayHe refused to answer the door, We called Upper Southampton PoliceUpon arrival we explained the situation; the police officers said they have been out there before for the similar complaints from other contractorsThey found him hiding in the bathroomHe stated he would not be paying us and would like Marty off the propertyHe never replied to our phone calls or text messages to resolve or explain any problemIf he had a complaint about the work then why has he not responded to our phone calls and statements or had us out to his home? We had Mark Kfrom McHales, Incin today to fix a leaky pipeMark is very professional and personable He fixed our problem and explained everything he was doing He arrived promptly within the time window that was givenWe have used McHales in the past and they have provided prompt, courteous service They fixed our plumbing problems to our satisfaction and responded to all concerns in a positive manner I highly recommend themK
Nice on the phone, quick to get to my home, friendly, clean & knew exactly what needed to be doneSince it is going to be a big job (sewer line replacement), they gave me a few options to choose fromI am confident they will do the work properly
We selected McHale's to redo our bathroom because of the company's long history serving our general community The job was an upstairs bathroom renovation in which they replaced our shower, installing all new floor & shower tiles & painting the room The technicians arrived in a timely manner, were courteous & made every effort to keep the areas accessing their work area clean, covering steps & furnishings with protective plastic They would daily let us know what work was done and what the next steps would be We were very happy with the work done & with our experience
The McHale’s Team (salesman/designer, electrician, plumber and project manager) was at our home on a Friday evening to review our bathroom renovations before starting the upcoming workDuring their visit, Matt, the electrician, wanted to see the circuit breaker box only to discover our basement was floodedLuckily, Marty the plumber quickly assessed the situation only to discover our hot water heater had brokenDue to Marty’s prompt assessment he was able to get the materials and replace our hot water heater within hoursWe were very grateful for Marty’s assistance on a Friday night as we didn’t know where we would have been able to find a plumber that quicklyWith the assistance of Marty and Matt we were able to have hot water in no timeI can’t thank them enough for coming to our rescue so quicklyWe look forward to working with all of the McHale’s team while updating our bathroomsTheir service is impeccableThank you, Sharon T***
ed from mchales was professional and friendlyhe made good suggestions to solve my problem of a leaky kitchen faucet and a broken garbage disposalhe honored his original estimate and took his time to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction in installing a new faucet and garbage disposali will consider using mchales plumbing in the future if the need arises
Joe M listened to the plumbing issue I was having, wrote up some options with estimates then went to work on the one I chose He had me with him when he used the camera in my plumbing and he was able to clear the blockage I am very happy with his communication and hard work to clear my issue then replace the toilet and wax seal I highly recommend him as a plumber
Disgraceful! I had a drain problem previously; and it was $dispatch fee, Plus $to snake the drain - but when the service person arrived the sewer line clearedSo, when the problem occurred again, I called McHale's againThis time the service person said it was $When I complained, he reduced the price 10% - to $to snake a sewer lineI was expecting $- or anything up to $I manage properties, so I know the cost, and time involved for snaking a sewer line; and I am highly disappointed with the costSince the drain was clogged, and to avoid a dispatch fee, plus contact another plumber, I did ok the job, which was completed in minutes
Mark successfully corrected the problemVery polite and professionalA credit and asset to the McHales OrganizationAs long time customers, we have never been disappointed with the service and work performed by McHales
