I used Ms. [redacted]'s services for a client QDRO. I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude Ms. [redacted] was when I requested that she revise the QDRO to include my client's legal name, which was in the Divorce Decree provided to [redacted]. This would have taken all of 5 minutes to complete by using a search and replace function and then emailing the document to me so my client could easily execute the 4 QDROs. Ms. [redacted] refused to make the change unless my client agreed to pay her $100 per QDRO ($400) for Ms. [redacted] to provide my client's correct legal name in a legal document. I would not recommend using Ms. [redacted]'s services. The sad thing is that my client is also Ms. [redacted]'s client and that is how [redacted] chooses to treat her clients. The even more galling part is that her fee to complete a QDRO is $500, yet she wants to charge my client $100 to do a search and replace function on the computer because "she doesn't work for free". Had [redacted] read the Divorce Decree prior to drafting the QDRO, she would have known my client's legal name. The other problem is that [redacted] does not have any professional oversight and there is no professional board to provide a complaint for her unprofessional services. If you expect professional services with a professional attitude, I would recommend going elsewhere.
