McIlrath Insurance Agency

Review: I have had this insurance for about 2 years. I had recently bought a new car that required full coverage. When I contacted my insurance and told them about the new car, they said they would call me back and let me know how much my monthly bill would be. I had also asked if they do military discounts because I had recently got back from training for the Army National Guard. My agent said she would. A few weeks went by and I still havent heard back from my agent. I then made a call to her and she stated that she still didnt know and that she would get back to me. I then recieved about 4 different insurance cards in the mail. One that had my old car with full coverage, one that had both my old and new car with full coverage, one that had full coverage on my new car with ineffective dates, and one that was finally correct. I called and asked how much my insurance was going to be and after all of this time, she never once called me to tell me anything about the military discount or how much my insurance was. She told me my insurance was going to be about $300 and said herself that that price was very high. She kindly went out of her way to find me another insurance, but she called me back saying that the insurance she found was full coverage and cheaper but had my parents under the insurance. My father doesnt have a license and not only that, but I am the only one who drives my vehicle and my mother has her own insurance. She said by law I had to have them on the account, but when I had my old car covered, she never mentioned anything about my parents being on the policy. Since I was stressed about the whole situation and every bit of confusion they had caused me, I found my own insurance through [redacted]. Since July I have not had McIlrath Insurance. Yesterday I have recieved a bill in the mail from McIlrath for $179.00. This is out of line. Someone is NOT doing their job correctly. I called them this morning to have this issue resolved and they have not called me back yet. I know in any job I have had, and I have seen others as well, that if they made a mistake, that was first priority to get it resolved. I feel that because I am no longer with this insurance, I have been put on the back burner and forgotten about. This is causing me so much stress, I already had stressful encounters with them when I was with this insurance and now I'm not even with them and they have managed to stress me out again. I am not paying for this bill. The bill is for this month. I never had one last month. I am NOT even with this insurance company anymore! Some one needs to investigate this place because clearly they dont know how to do their job.Desired Settlement: I have picked "Other" in the desired resolution because what I would like to see is my issue resolved immediately and NO futher contact from this company, that includes phone calls, emails, and mail.
