I would like to respond to, the original scope of work included a new roof for the mobile homeThat was installed in a timely mannerpayment was due upon completion and took 2weeks to get a check.. *** *** wanted a garage built alsoSo I give a bid for that and the roof, she accepted
and a deposit on the garagetold me if I needed time in between jobs that was fineBut I went ahead and started garage asapI had grade work done on garage by a subcontractorat that time I told *** the contractor would be interested in doing her work as wellhe told me a price and *** accepted and paid him directly! not through me.No breezeway was ever included in any of the scope of workin which no money was collected for suchshe asked if I could do it and if it is possibleI would have been glad to Until I got threatened with a lawyer... Original scope of work for garage is completed 11/as I promised

responded to complaint of missing screws the next day and gutters where installed 12-13-I cant do anything about sub contractors schedules, all I can do is schedule the work to be done

I am rejecting this response because:
Claimed job was completed Job was not completed when I received my new statement Guttering was not completed and screws were missing from east end of garage He came and fixed spot where roof was coming up, and placed screws in the garage Still waiting on guttering that he states will be done ASAP He received his check the next business day of him giving me his bill which he gave to me on a Saturday My loan officer was not available until Monday and he had me place the check in his trailer
