McIntire Cartage Co is the worst garbage company I've ever come across. If you are ok with your trash can being dented, handles ripped off and busted wheels this is the Co for your. I called them asking their recommended procedure for handling their customers trash and was immediately accused of making a complaint against them. The she/him (couldn't quite tell the gender) told me that they are to lay the trash can on its side, "ok" I said "but are they supposed to throw the can and the lid?" I asked " We prefer bags" she said, I the consumer live in the country where cs and possums are skilled trash raiders = trash can only option as I thought was always the case considering that EVERYONE I'VE EVER INCOUNTERED USES A TRASH CAN!
I am going video tape the abuse that the trash can endures so she/him can judge whether their trash collecting trash men should undergo retraining or not.
Its a horribly run company avoid at all cost. Also I'd like to note that I am writing this review for my 77 year old grandmother whom has endured their disrespect for years. She recently went to modern hardware to purchase a small aluminum trash by herself 3 weeks ago, handle is already ripped off and there is a huge dent on the side of the can (She only disposes about a half a bag of trash a week). How would you like your grandmother treated like this?
