Hello, Thank you for forwarding the complaint from [redacted] This client has already disputed the full amount with the merchant who processed her charge & we are waiting for the final outcomeWe did offer a partial refund which the client had accepted in writing prior to opening a dispute with her bankAt this point there is nothing we can do as the funds have been put on hold pending the outcome of the chargebackBest Regards, [redacted] McIntosh Marketing

As explained previously, this client has gone to chargeback with their bank When that occurs, the funds are removed from our account.We do not have the funds until the chargeback is fully resolved with the bank There is no way for us to give this client any refund until the chargeback is fully resolved

The merchant has reneged on its "365 day crazy risk free guarantee: This Works Or You Don't Pay!" promise. The chargeback against this merchant was filed several days BEFORE they offered a partial refund. The partial refund that this merchant offered is NOT the guarantee.
