Ive received the mailed response from TSI and I do not accept it as a resolutionThe response that was mailed to me validates that my ex-wife had a std test culture on 11/14/at her gynecologistWeve been divorced for almost yearsSonot only is TSI trying to collect a debt that doesnt belong to me, they also released invoices and descriptions of services of my ex-wifes private medical information to a non-interested party; violating HIPPA, plus State and Federal law
I understand that TSI is only trying to collect this alleged debt from information purchased with the account which is in-accurate
TSI- Like my original complaint says, this is now a federal matter and will not be taken lightly in a court of law
