I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below. The company was late the very next day and a week before that on a half dayThey still continue to be late as of today. They are doing the City of Boston any favorsFuthermore my son has a hearing loss disability and os traumatized each time he is picked up late.I would ask the company to produce proof the drivers transporting my son are 7d licensedDue to the fact they are always late with pick up and drop and at the time I was in Malden I had children who needed to be in Boston for school by 7:so at the one of many drivers suggestion she had me meet her at Dunkin Donuts and was ok because I bought her coffee every morningThe only other place besides the hotel I was at they have picked my son up is my daughters school.They are very rude and asked me to "Cut them some slack"& I refused because they need to let the City of Boston who hired them no they cannot service my son and get him to and from school on time.Also I had a fire which was the cause of the different locations.Not to mention they were very rude amd no time did this company notify me of the late drop offs and pick upsMy son school did via emailI can provide his attendance reportMy son being late interfers with his education and that is the main reason I am upset.Also none of the drivers look qualified they are not professionally dressed one drivers wears the same clothes everyday.Safety is not taking serious by this company

First and foremost all of our drivers have a 7D licenseSafety and security is something we take very seriously.We transported this student as a favor to the City of BostonWe were late once in picking up this student due to a snow storm on April 4, We have apologized to the mother for the
inconvenienceWe also went above and beyond for this family picking up the student in various locations in order to accommodate the motherI am sorry that this parent is so upset with us but we do our very best every day to transport over students and due to weather and traffic conditions there are occasions when we have been late
