We were remade aware of the link issue during a research phase we did last month, we were going to contact [redacted] to have him help us get into the website and fix the link the next time we saw him at Corporate Alliance.Sadly I didn't run into him during the past month to get it resolved. The link was copied from a template for the microdata that had the other client information and link in it.It was an oversight that the link wasn't changed from the beginningThe template file was kept in a Google docSince then we've revamped the template to be generic and include more information.I am sorry that we looked over the link issue when we worked on the siteAnd I'm sorry that we didn't contact you in regards to the link.I really didn't want to talk to you because of the 1-star google review you gave us when you requested us to fix the image issue after our 3-months allowance for site error'sOur agreement stated that we give months for the client to find any mistakes on the site and we would gladly fix themThe reason for the month limit is because we have no idea if any code would have been changed during that time and client's could potentially take advantage of us fixing issues that wasn't caused by usWe make all clients aware of the month clause contract upfront and before signingWe figure that the month period should give the client enough time to test the site and make sure everything is working.I am again sorry that it wasn't caught during the month periodBut now that it's been about a year since the month period is over I'm really not sure if I can offer anything else than a sincere apology from me and everyone at Generation LabsI looked back to the agreement and the total was for $ [redacted] to turn the website into WordpressI think it was a more than fair deal back then

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Why was a link on our website in the first place? why didn't you notify us of the link after we cut off access?
Sincerely,
*** ***

I am happy to see that link was resolved. We tried going into the site over months ago to fix it only to find our access to the site was cut off.Since then we haven't had any contact with the company mainly because of the hostility the client showed us when we asked for them to pay us $more
each month to $350/month instead of the low price of $250/month that wasn't profitable for usThey didn't value any of the work we've done for them all atWe never had any problems raising our other clients to our current level of services we provide which is $500-$750/month.They were only a client of ours for months We made their website in the fall of and they cancelled their service in Jan2015, and demanding that we do work for them 4-months later outside of our written agreement. We aren't sure what limitations the Revdex.com has but this complaint about a link on a website that we built over a year ago. They have had the website up and running since then.A refund for the services we did over a year ago with them using the product everyday of last year isn't an option for us to give.Continued hostility from this past client has severed relations so badly that several people in the business community and employees at their own company have apologized for the actions of their owner

We were remade aware of the link issue during a research phase we did last month, we were going to contact [redacted] to have him help us get into the website and fix the link the next time we saw him at Corporate Alliance.Sadly I didn't run into him during the past month to get it resolved. The link was copied from a template for the microdata that had the other client information and link in it.It was an oversight that the link wasn't changed from the beginning. The template file was kept in a Google doc. Since then we've revamped the template to be generic and include more information.I am sorry that we looked over the link issue when we worked on the site. And I'm sorry that we didn't contact you in regards to the link.I really didn't want to talk to you because of the 1-star google review you gave us when you requested us to fix the image issue after our 3-months allowance for site error's. Our agreement stated that we give 3 months for the client to find any mistakes on the site and we would gladly fix them. The reason for the 3 month limit is because we have no idea if any code would have been changed during that time and client's could potentially take advantage of us fixing issues that wasn't caused by us. We make all clients aware of the 3 month clause contract upfront and before signing. We figure that the 3 month period should give the client enough time to test the site and make sure everything is working.I am again sorry that it wasn't caught during the 3 month period. But now that it's been about a year since the 3 month period is over I'm really not sure if I can offer anything else than a sincere apology from me and everyone at Generation Labs. I looked back to the agreement and the total was for $[redacted] to turn the website into Wordpress. I think it was a more than fair deal back then.
