Went to this business in May 2019 to have them handle an eviction for my property. Have charged me over $3,000.00 for fees and court costs. Have not resolved the eviction and want more money. Had us find someone to serve the first eviction notice and then paid to have the second eviction notice served. Demanded cash that day said it was for court costs. Paid them the money were told we had a November hearing date. Went for the hearing and the court house never heard of us or had any papers filed for our case. Last eviction notice was served in January of 2020 and paid over $1,100.00 and they never followed through with the eviction and never filed any papers with the court. Now they refuse to return phone calls or emails about the case but still send emails that we owe them money and they have no record of the cash payments that we hand delivered to their office. Want them to finish their job or give us back all money paid, so we can go elsewhere.

I received your letter dated 5/6/2020. I had only been vaguely aware of Mr.Baraja's case. There has been a lot of work done by Mr.. Unfortunately, he didnot complete the process. The documents for the court case have been prepared. Theywere served on *** January 7.
Mr. complained about the fees charged in January. There was a delay overthe fee dispute. That was resolved and the additional fees were paid. As of today itappears that the bill is paid current.
Another major complication to this case is that in February, Governor Inslee issueda moratorium on evictions. That moratorium has been extended through June 4. Noevictions can be enforced until after June 4.
Because most of the work has been done on this case, I am willing to step in andcomplete the eviction process after June 4. I will charge no additional fees for obtainingthe court order of eviction. Mr. will be responsible only for paying any actualcosts that are incurred.
Mr. may be aware, but when *** was served, he threatened to killeveryone involved.
