McKee Construction & Remodeling Hawaii

We entered an agreement to renovate our condo at the price of $159,986.00 to be completed 4-5 weeks for us to occupy premise in December 2016. McKee construction did not allow for owner occupancy until January 28th, 2017 (at significant expense to us) and at that time, there were significant work still to be completed or to be redone due to a combination of safety hazards and sloppy work. McKee construction also requested and received from us, over $100.000, 00 more than the contracted price for what we subsequently discovered were not warranted as previously claimed. Mc Kee Construction has ignored multiple requests to provide the subcontractor receipts leading to the above contract charges and have been non responsive with respect to issuing a partial refund. McKee construction has also taken pictures of our condo without our permission and used for its own commercial purposes. This is a clear violation/invasion of our privacy.
