I am in receipt of your letter dated 11/7/ Please note that Ms [redacted] signed the contract on 8/6/and the furnace was ordered but on back order until approximately 8/25/16, when it was received Installation commenced shortly thereafter and completed on 9/1/ The final invoice was submitted for payment on that date, and the warranty for labor was days from the date of completion Since then Trinity has been called out for various issues which were all minor in nature and not related to the installation or the performance of the unit, and went with no charge Since the warranty had expired approximately year ago, Ms [redacted] was told that there would be a trip and labor charge, which she did want to pay Accordingly, Trinity did not come to the house AS it turns out, the problem was a part which should have been covered under the manufacturer’s warranty and would not have been covered under the labor warranty anyway Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANTS [redacted] ***SLOGAN AVE.MILWAUKEE, WI 53207(414)698-[redacted]
I never received a copy of the complaint I filed, but wanted to let you know it has been resolved I let the business know I had filed the complaint and they were here the next day and removed the trash can full of stone/tile pieces that had been left since 2/6/ Thank you.*** [redacted]
