Review: I Purchased 2 motor vehicles from Mckee Motors on June 17, 2013. One vehicle was a 2003 Toyota Avalon and the second vehicle was a 2005 Nissan Maxima. When I was purchasing the vehicle the dealer promised me that any and all necessary repairs would be made to my vehicles prior to their delivery to me. However, once I brought the vehicles home I noticed that they had problems. In the 2003 Toyota Avalon the dealer had turned the Bass Control [redacted] all the way down in an attempt to hide the fact that the subwoofer in the rear compartment was blown. Once I brought the vehicle home and turned the radio on I noticed that the speaker was making loud popping noises. I brought this to their attention and they agreed to replace the blown speaker.

On the 2005 Nissan Maxima there were several major issues that have not been fixed. From the very first day I took ownership of the vehicle I was having problems with the transmission. When shifting into reverse or when accelerating from a stop the vehicle bucks hard and it feels almost as if the vehicle was hit from behind. I took this back to the dealer and explained the problem and they assured me that they would take care of it. I was contacted in a few days and told that it was fixed, once I brought the vehicle home the problem persisted. Aside from this major issue, the Radio/CD player on the vehicle is not working at all, the Cruise Control system is not working, and also the Air Conditioning system is making noise.

The dealer is refusing to fix all of these issues that I am having with the vehicle even though they originally had told me that they would fix any issues with the vehicles prior to their delivery to me.Desired Settlement: I would like for the dealer to fix all of the repairs on the vehicle so that I may have a working vehicle to drive. If the dealer is unwilling to make all the repairs I would like to have the money paid for the vehicle returned to me.

Review: Purchased vehicle 10/3/13. As of 11/22/13 I am still not in possession of vehicle title. Notarized letters have been sent stating title has not been received and all appropriate forwarding with USPS has been confirmed. Dealership has been difficult to work with and rude.Desired Settlement: Car title in my possession.

Reimbursement for costs of: additional temporary tag(s), notary, time and costs, coverage of rental car if needed to drive while waiting for title to register car.

To whom it may concern,

[redacted] purchased a 2008 Honda Fit on 10/03/2013 from McKee Motors inc. We usually mail the title after the payment clears, which we did. According to our notary, we had to man the title to the address that is listed on the customer's driver's license due to taxes that needed to be paid in that state for the vehicle. First time we originally mailed her the title she said that she never received it. [redacted], then, had to get us a notarized statement stating that she never received the title per PENNDOT's request. After receiving the second title that McKee Motors inc. paid for, we mailed her the title again but she moved to another state, therefore she did not receive the title again. Finally the third time we got the correct address from Virginia, where she resides right now. McKee Motors inc. had to pay for the title again, than we mailed her the title certified with return receipt which she should have received by now. McKee Motors Inc. is not responsible for rental car reimbursement (if there was any) and notary fees. We paid twice for titles, notary fees, and post office charges.
