There is not a resolution to the issue mentioned in the owner's response There was not an answering machine turned on for me to contact the business for resolution After the owner hung up on me, I as well as one of my colleagues attempted to reach her by phone several times, and she refused to answerThe only acceptable resolution is a refund for the product that was not properly delivered as per the owner's agreement.

Hi ***I received your letter today in the mail with a complaint from *** *** about my business, McKee's Party Zone.Mrs*** did purchase items from my store for her son's birthday party on Oct6th, in the amount of $As she stated items had to be ordered as they were not in
stockOur policy that is clearly stated right next to our register/counter "NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS".Being a small retail store, you can see the need I have to post thatI ask all my customers where they are from so I can keep track of where I may need to advertise more or lessetcWhen she asked for the items that weren't in stock and then told me where she was from, we had weeks to go until the date of the partyI did offer to MEET her or have her pick them up at my daughter's (who lives in *** ***) and she was fine with thatShe did pay for her items ordered and I told her I will call her when they are in to see where to meetShe ordered an additional table cover @ $packs of plates at $each and a birthday banner at $totaling $ ($ with tax)When the items arrived on (Wednesday) Oct19th, I called Mrs.*** and left her a voicemail the items were in and to call me back as to where to meetShe did not call me backOn (Friday), October 21st, the day before her party, I called her first thing when I arrived at work, and she answered the phoneI told her everything was in and that I left her a message days ago also and where would she like to meetShe told me to come to her house as she wasn't going anywhere to meet meI told her I didn't see my daughter since to get her the order and I will meet her in *** as we were planning on going out there to eat later that eveningShe said "absolutely not, you bring them to my house"I told her *** is only like minutes away and she said again "absolutely not"She explained bath time is 6:and bedtime is I told her it's a Friday and she didn't care or want to hear anything elseI then told her my husband gets off work at 4:and he can make a trip and be there between 4:and 5:She said AGAIN "absolutely not""You promised to come to my home and deliver the items or I never would have gotten them"I told her that wasn't true and that I said either my daughter or myself would get them to either *** *** or *** or meet somewhere closeI again told her it's less than minutes for her and minutes for usShe told me "you need to be quiet and listenI am talking" and at that point I told her this is your last chanceIf you want the items for your party tomorrow, you can let me know what time is good for you to meet if not, you're out of luckShe said "I don't want them now and do you still have my cc info? I said "No, we don't keep that"She then wanted my email to send me the cc info and I told her we don't have returns on special ordersShe screamed in the phone and said "You gotta be f'n kidding me" and continued on and onI told her the sign is right next to the counterShe proceeded to tell me "I will never come to your business again", "I'm calling the Revdex.com and reporting you and I'll make sure everyone knows what you did"I told her I'm still planning on coming out and if she wants the items to call me and let me know where to meetI said goodbye and hung upShe called back and started to cuss at me and I hung up againShe then kept calling my store and letting the phone ring quite a few times, hanging up and redialing and kept it up or times letting it ring 10-times each timeI turned the answering machine on just in case she calmed down and wanted to meetShe didn't leave a message At that point, if she wanted her items, I was gonna have the *** state police follow me to meet her from how violent she turned on the phoneShe never did call me back.I have been in business going on years and have never had any issues like this beforeMost people that I agree to meet can't believe how generous that is of me to do that and I truly don't mind helping them out if I canAny further questions or info needed, please don't hesitate to call me***Thank you, Renee M***, Owner McKee's Party Zone
