Jennifer,As per our conversation I am emailing you the response to the above complaint.I was present when Mr*** *** *** came by to complaint about the purchase he had made and I was busy at the time trying to deal with the similar complaint and we had gas being delivered and I wanted to make
sure there was no problem in the delivery of the gasI asked Mr*** to leave me his number so that as soon as I found out the problem I could contact himHe did not want to give me his number and he insisted me to speak to his mechanicI explained to him that it would not make any sense for me to speak to his mechanic until we identify the problem on our endWhen he was leaving I again asked him to leave me his number which he did not.We had about 5-more complaints in which case the customers had left their contact informationI had passed this information to our insurance company which promptly followed up with the complaints and later I did a follow up calls to the customers alsoThe issue pertaining to the compalints were satisfactorily resolved by the insurance company.Finally I get a letter from Revdex.com of western PA for Mr*** *** *** whom I contacted as now I had his contact informationI have forwarded his concerns to the insurance company and have informed Mr*** that someone will get in touch with him from the insurance company.Our company does stand by our customers.Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with.Thank youNilesh V***General Manager***
