This letter is to inform you that McKeever Plumbing has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 7/13/and assigned ** *** First, on Friday 07-14-they finally responded, by telephone, to
my requests for consideration; and secondly, they subsequently placed a reimbursement check in the mail to me for the $as I had been requesting. I just got the check in today's mail and deposited it into my banking account. The courtesy of any response upfront from them would probably have added much to its favorable resolution to all much sooner.

This morning, I spoke with Ms *** on the phone. I apologized for our break in communication and asked what she would like to happen to make her happy. She stated that she had the repair made by another plumber and was unhappy with paying $to McKeever Plumbing on 9/25. I
offered to refund her $by check and she agreed that would be okay. Check #*** in the amount of $is being mailed today to refund Ms *** in full. Again, I apologized for the misunderstanding. She seemed to be happy with this resolution
