After reviewing the complaint from *** *** and statements from our staff who handled the situation I'd like to offer the following response:I agree with our Kid's Club employees' decision not to grant *** daughter access to the Kid's Club without a note from her doctorHis daughter
appeared to have a contagious illness so for the safety of the other children it was appropriate to deny her access to the kid's club without a note from her doctorFor the safety of *** daughter and the members of our gym I agree with *** decision to request *** to remove his daughter from the main gym floorThere are many hazards in a gym where children can easily get hurt or inadvertently cause an accident that could hurt another memberI am sorry to hear *** daughters' feelings were hurt from this unfortunate situationPerhaps there could have been a way for us to enforce our safety policies without letting the situation escalate to the point where *** would get so upsetI'm sure it was confusing for his daughter see *** this way, and of course it is never our intention to hurt anyone's feelings, Therefore we will review our procedures in an effort to improve how we could better handle a similar situation if one presents itself in the future.Per *** request we have cancelled his membership with no feesWe have also refunded *** for one month of membership fees since he did not use the gym the entire month.Regards,*** ***Mojo Fitness, IncDBA: Crunch StocktonPresident
