I am responding to the complaint filed by Mr ***He purchased this van at auctionI had serviced and maintained this fleet of vans for the previous owner, so my sticker was on the van and that is why Mr*** came to me for service when he had the check engine light onHe was having a fuel cap
issue with the van and we were able to resolve that for himAs far as the tires, like I said, I have maintained this fleet of vans since they were new from the company that owned them before they went to auctionThe company had *** tires on the newer vans, but once a vehicle got up there in mileage (150,000), the company replaced them with ***, a lesser brand of tireI have been in business for years and have never had complaintThis van came to me with *** tires and was returned to him with the exact same tires.Thank you, *** ***Owner
