I am rejecting this response because:  McKenna's Documents did get our monies.  They did not file in the time limit in which they were...

ordered to claim and close our case.  As you will see the previous attached documents, you will note that all monies were paid in full. I will try to contact McKenna's Documents and again try to have them do what was required of them.  We are going to ask them to correct their errors with our case and return our money.  Please do not close our case we feel that this business has taken advantage of us.  We really don't know if the $6,577.00 that was taken from our bank account went to the creditor.  Thank you

Review: February 12, 2014Dear We have a complaint about a business that we hired. On June 14th 2012 we contracted McKennas Documents to file our bankruptcy. They were paid $1900.00 for their services. The checks were made payable to [redacted] Attorney at Law. We went to court and waited for our documents to be filed.During this time our monies were levied ($6,577.01) from our bank account from a debtor. We were told that this money would be returned to our account but was never done; McKennas Documents responded that they did not make the deadline? They explained that they were having some problems with attorneys. McKennas Documents was paid in full on December 5th 2012. We have tried to call all parties involved. Either they do not return a call or their number is disconnected. Also we have written letters to McKennas and Mr. [redacted]. You will find an attachment with the enclosed documents. Please help us with our situation. Maybe you will have an influence on them. We feel that if they did not meet the deadline that is not our problem. The levy from our bank account has put a great hardship on our family. We want the $6,577.01 put back into our account. At this time we are not considering their charges for the $1900.00 or the interest lost.Please feel free to call us. Review: I paid [redacted]'s Documents $300 in November 2012, to assist me with filing the last phase of my divorce documents, including child custody and child support filing. I had already completed steps 1 and 2 of the process on my own, but was having a hard time completing and understanding the paperwork for the 3rd step. I was assured by Ruth, the front desk person, that this was very simple and they would help for $300. It is now August 2013. None of my paperwork has been submitted to the court or DCSS. For some reason, Joe [redacted] filed the 1st step paperwork again, and I received a letter from the court informing me that it was done, and unnecessary since it was done by me already. Then Ruth asked me to come in 2 different times to meet with Joe, but I arrived for my scheduled appointments, he was not there. Ruth could not contact him, because he 'lost' his cellphone. She assured me over and over that things would get done. I was last in the office in March 2013, to sign documents. The were to be filed during March. They still have not been submitted. I have called many times and asked for a refund, but am told maybe a partial refund could be done, and am told to call back later 'after Ruth speaks to Joe'. I have left numerous voicemails at the office, and my calls have not been returned.Desired Settlement: I would life a full refund (since no actual work has been done on my case) or for the paperwork to be completed and filed asap. I would like the divorce and custody completed, asap. I have already went through DCSS on my own, as I couldn't wait any longer. I would like my inquiries handled appropriately and swiftly.Ruth has told me many times that they need to improve their service turnaround time. You think? I think so. It has been 9 months!!! I need a resolution. $300 is a lot of $ to me.
