I am the owner of Mc Kenzie Fence Coand had received this complaint # [redacted] via email on 5-12-and am responding on 5-22-as requested from the Revdex.com I have reviewed the content of the complaint and compared to our mutually agreed signed contract with this complainant The contract is a contingency proposal with the neighbor as additional named part of the proposed work and as such the other party should be appropriately involved in the complaint process There are many terms and conditions offered to the homeowners under which the work will take place and both of the homeowners had ample time to review & approve prior to authorizing the work including construction scheduling dates and State of Oregon required procedures for redress The complaint is very misleading in regard to the actual signed contract date for work of 3-14-? - my records indicate 3-22-in addition there was no voice communication on 5-11,or 13-as reported in the complaintI have documented email correspondence from a friend of the complainant impersonating an attorney as well prior to filing this complaint , this is a very serious nature and your complainant should be advised of the ramifications as a result The complainant has inappropriately petitioned the Revdex.com for resolve as the work is currently under construction and any mutually agreed to completion dates are governed by our signed contract This is a demand that you discontinue involvement until such time that you can substantiate all parties involved Sincerely - Owner - Mc Kenzie Fence Co

I am the owner of Mc Kenzie Fence Co. & have confirmed that I have received your complaint correspondence on 7-22-16  from my client petitioning your agency for redress.
As a courtesy , I am email responding to your 10 calender day demand for response which is not parallel to industry...

I had previously received a certified  mailing from my client about this same complaint on 7-6-16 demanding that I respond by 7-8-16 to avoid any further action from your agency , however this less than 48hr. demand seems very inappropriate. I am currently under contract with your petitioner & the signed / agreed to terms & conditions have not been followed , therefore I would suggest that you counsel your petitioner accordingly as this complaint with your agency is very misguided at this time.
Please advise me of any further communication regarding this matter.
