As of December 2013, McKenzie Mini Storage became Airport Meadows Mini Storage. It has remained such to the present.
Unit # [redacted] was rented to Ms. [redacted] in late June 2016 by Pamela * M[redacted]. Pamela has been working in the facility since May 2004, and as a manager since 2006. We do not...

know who Pam M[redacted] is and has never worked here.
Ms. [redacted] did vacate the end of August 2016 and at that time I (Pamela) did in fact, let her know that corporate would send her refund. But that it could be at least 30 days. At the end of September 2016 the refund was sent to the following address: [redacted] Troutdale, OR 97060. Within 10 days it was returned to us "undeliverable" with no forwarding address. When this happens we hold the envelope unopened until we hear from the client. In early November 2016 [redacted] phoned me to ask about her refund check, she was very kurt on the phone. Said she'd filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, but would retract when she recieved her money. I let her know I'd leave a message for the person in charge of all refunds. When I arrived at work the following morning which was the 18th of November 2016, I phoned [redacted] and left a message, "that her returned envelope was in my office and she could pick it up at her convenience." She called back, kurt again, saying she'd get it at the end of her work day, and that she would call Revdex.com to remove complaint. By 4:45pm she came to my office and picked up her check. I expected an apology as to not have given us her current address but just abruptly thanked me. We have a policy to mail all refunds to the clients new mailing address, unless we are not supplied with it.
We as a company, are very honest and upright and feel very disturb about these events. We request an immediate resolution.
