Owner (T.R. McKenzie) is a vile, uncouth, illiterate scrooge.
He neglects such basic requirements as soundproofing of properties, and overall maintenance.
He mishandles alleged complaints of "disturbances" from other tenants -- usually by eviction. Such complaints would never have arisen had basic soundproofing been provided.
Unless you know an attorney, NEVER rent from the [redacted] jerk!
