I spoke with *** Williams who confirmed that when she spoke with Dr***, he was concerned about having open accounts with
MMS*** checked in LPSS JDE and was able to pull up the following accounts: XXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXDr*** confirmed he was no longer at either locationBoth locations had already been deactivated in our system as inactive accounts and there was no shipping history since May
A few days later, I imagine 4/14/as mentioned in the complaint, another representative *** Toth received a call from an irate woman who would not disclose her name but advised that she had received a package from us with the doctor's name and the representative could also hear the doctor in the background saying that we were not authorized and he had just confirmed with *** the week prior that all of his accounts were closed*** tried to get the customer name, invoice number or what was on the label and the customer refused and said she was going to have the "health department" pick it up as she did not want to touch itI do remember *** bringing this call to my attention just in case the woman called back
We looked in Supply Manager and LPSS JDE and cannot locate any accounts for *** *** or Laser Spa of Tampa BayIn speaking with both of my representatives they state that they never mentioned anything about this company or the doctor being affiliated with it
There is mention of a package being received from *** in the complaint which in looking on line appears to sell medical products as well and is Valeant Pharmaceutical related, but they are not affiliated with Mckesson Medical Surgical
This complaint needs to be directed to *** Medical ProductsIf the customer would like to contact me directly please advise them to do so
