I am still waiting to hear from Nelson heating. Tomorrow will be 63 days waiting for my parts. Waiting 9 weeks is contemptuous and hateful.

We now have all the required parts from the manufacturers. We are in the process of scheduling a time with the customer. Our team members have made several calls, left a voicemail, and our Service Manager stopped by the residence and left a note at the door yesterday for the customer. We are ready to fix the humidifier and install the filter for the customer at their convenience. We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
Good afternoon! We have send our Production Supervisor to the customers home to take a list of parts that were missing from the installation. We have received, and ordered, the required parts. They should arrive within the next few days when we will then proceed to go to the customers home to...
replace them. We apologize for any inconvenience we have caused and have a solution in place that works for our customer. In regards to the lack of communication on behalf of our internal team, we have used this experience as a training opportunity with our team members.
