The inquiry regarding *** *** and her vehicle needing repair is a situation where she had taken her vehicle to multiple locations for repairs where recommendations for repair and troubleshooting have been made*** *** brought her vehicle here in April of 2016, we did not
charge her for the inspection, made recommendations for repairs needed, and she declinedThe visit required a technician to test drive the vehicle, *** *** claims that we did not have permission yet we have all the documentation to support that we did and on that visitA few weeks go by and *** *** now has her vehicle at *** ***, reached out to us, and as an act of goodwill we paid for a detail and a full tank of fuel for what she described as a hassle regarding her experience at our dealership, she accepted and also had repairs that we recommended completed at *** *** in May of Earlier this year we had the Bureau of Automotive repair investigate her claims, no fault with our dealership was found, and more recently we received a letter from an attorney on her behalf that we responded toIn essence this appears to be a case of someone who is either unable or does not want to pay for repairs to their vehicle and has chosen to blame the dealership that she visited one time, where she was not charged, and declined recommended repairsMckevitt Volvo is one of the oldest Volvo dealerships in the nation and we operate with high standards, the basis for *** ***'s claims are without merit, Mckevitt Volvo did not cause any mechanical issues to her vehicle
