[redacted] & his fiancee came to my office in October 1st 2016 agreed and signed the Photo & Video packages for their wedding in Chicago August13th 2017 .....the last month before wedding they cancelled my services for the reason they prefer to hire the photographer in chicago ....they... asking me to refund the total deposit is $1900 , I said I can't just because I kept this day for them almost in 1 year and now I lose my day ....I explained and ask them to understand .... I can't refund the deposit but they can use that money to make 2 big albums 15 pages size 14x14 and 2 big pictures size 24x30 .... they agreed for that ...and I told them email to me those pictures for ...but I never receive it ...Anyway you can read on my contract all deposits or payments are non refundable .... Tell us why here...

no problem ....** ** & his wife can call or text to me anytime ...or email to me the pictures for big albums and big pictures im willing do everything for my customers satisfied ...!!!Tell us why here

How does Mr [redacted] expect to honor what he promised if he refuses to answer or return any of the phone calls. I want Mr [redacted] to honor what he had promised, send a refund for $500 and the products for the remaining balance of $1400. If he will not honor that then he needs to refund the balance. He has been given sufficient time to do the right thing. Mr [redacted] has been avoiding phone calls from both my wife and I, if he wants to resolve this then we need to be able to talk to him.

I try to explain to him many time ...and asking him to understand for my business , I kept this day for their wedding almost in 1 year ...and he cancelled my service the last month before wedding day  , I refused many customers just because I'm ready to fly for his wedding , anyway to be fairly I told them they can use that money for 2 Big Albums & 2 Big pictures ....but only he want is money back , I mean the total refund ....  you can see it on attachment , everything write on the contract .... all payments or deposit non refundable
