I am rejecting this response because: I sent pictures of the damaged picture and the box on day one. So they already have pictures. You don't ask a shipper for damages 6 months...
after shipping something. This is a stall tactic. But I will send again. The fault is really 1) the printer company dented to photo prior to shipping and 2) The photographer did not crop the pictures as shown on his website in the first place. He simply needs to crop correctly and order the print. Total cost to him is about $70. Even if that is $70 more than he wants to spend, it would mean he spent 140 total which is less that the 270 I paid so he is STILL making money.
