March 14, 2017 Paul call me for permission to take my motor apart for the warranty department but then on March 24, 2017 Billy P[redacted] call me back and said they wasnt gone fix my car bc I file a report with the Revdex.com. I feel like they are treating me unfair and not wanting to fix my car. This has been going on for a whole month. I have tried to talk to them several times about my car. Very Trouble Business. Thank u! I have texts from them and all.

We can not fix the car under warranty because the car was driven while overheating...we  have all spoke with Mrs [redacted] and let her know. My service department gave  her money back even thought she doesn't have a receipt just in good faith and also offered to pay to tow it to any service center that she thinks will fix it for free...She didn't buy the car from us so shes not our customer just someone who has a car with 107,789  miles on it and wants it fixed for free.....sorry we can only do so much....Thank you ( I will still  pay to tow it for her ) no repairs related to this concern where never made at our dealership therefore we share no responsibility in sharing of the expense of the repair needed

I spoke with Mrs [redacted] we have her car in the shop seeing what needs to be done. I apologize for any inconvenience and I will investigate and make sure we are fair with Mrs [redacted]. Thank you
