It took me years to decided to switch to BAHIA ( I have unit)I was really happy to my decision then which is on April, BAHIA have a very good team .They do their job professionalThey can always collect the rental fee on time and find a right tenant fastThey still respond and solve tenant's issue quickly I still like their online servicewe can have all information online: the deposit rental, the repair bill, the move out photos and leasing agreement I really happy with them and recommend BAHIA a very good company!
Not good experience with this company!! Good things to say just about the people that show the properties.They are not professional when they have to deal with the applicationThey ask for three days for the application, but they take their timeAnd I believe everyone in the office has access to the same email accountBecause after you send the application, different people contact you to ask for different thingsAnd when you call them to discuss about, they don't know what you are talking aboutAnd deny you without reading all the information correctly!! And if you need to discuss the mistake with them, they do not answer your call anymoreMaybe that is why they keep lowering their houses pricesmaking the owners lose moneyI believe they need to be more professional!
Do NOT recommend this property management company as your LANDLORD, I recently completed my year contract of an apartment they were managing and guess what? THEY JUST DEDUCT RIDICULUS CHARGES to my deposit in order to rob the deposit held by them.
before giving them the key back I paid to clean the carpet, cleaned the apartment and leave everything neat in order to avoid any deduction from my deposit and they deducted anyway in order to rob me.
Service calls for broken A/C took a month to repair making a living [redacted] for me.
DO NOT RENT ANY PROPERTY THAT IS BEEN MANAGED BY THIS PEOPLE.
