TERRIBLE SERVICEI paid several hundred dollars for termite bait/monitoring system with quarterly followup inspections plus interior and exterior pest control service The lone inexperienced individual who was sent out to install termite bait stations, cut through my house water line requiring repairsFollowups were hit or miss, NUMEROUS last minute cancellations, no shows or showing up several hours late Apparently their time is much more valuable than their customersOne technician was talking on his cell phone during the entire visit and missed LIVE TERMITES in bait station, which I happened to discover myself When informed, it took WEEKS to get them out to apply poison They then incorrectly DOUBLE BILLED me due to the follow up visit which should have been covered It took a DOZEN PHONE CALLS and MONTHS to get them to correct the billing error and refund me the $fee DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'm with a Revdex.com A+ company now and totally satisfied with and confident in their service I'll check the Revdex.com ratings first from now on

I have used Natran in the past, and contacted them again for my mom and grandma's houseThey had a major bee problemMy mom had been stung several times, her dog had a trip to the er vet, and they were so bad that my grandma could hear them through the walls at nightZach and Nick with Natran came out and removed all the bees and hivesMy mom has nothing but praise for these two gentlemen, and this companyThey removed all the bees and the massive hives! I highly recommend!!! Thank you Natran!

One technician was talking on his cell phone during the entire visit and missed LIVE TERMITES in bait station, which I happened to discover myself. I have used Natran in the past, and contacted them again for my mom and grandma's house. They had a major bee problem.
