In reference to her second message,  she needs to address the issue with Mega Product Protection administered by [redacted],  they can contact them at [redacted].They are the insuring company that makes the final decisions on the repairs/replacement.   I am sending the pictures as an attachment for you to review.ThanksLori B[redacted]McKinney's Furniture .

Review: I ordered furniture from McKinney's on Monday, May 5, 2014. The sales woman stated that since the sofa was a special order, it would take 6-8 weeks. That was fine. 8 weeks passed and no furniture. I called the store and they gave me the number to the warehouse. I called the warehouse and they stated that they were a week behind because they are closed the week of the 4th of July. I called the store every week and every time, they had a different excuse. I asked my mom to call because at that time I was working a lot of out of town jobs. When she called, at least 2 times, she got a different excuse each time as well. When she spoke with [redacted], he said there was nothing he could do about it. He said he called the manufacturer and supposedly they stated that the fabric was out of stock. He assured my mom that it would be in his warehouse the following Wednesday (July 23, 2014) and he would deliver it the next day if it was too late on Wednesday. He also offered me a $200.00 gift card for the store. He was apologetic and seemed to have understood our frustration. That week went by with no contact from anyone at McKinney's. On Mon, July 28, 2014, my mom called the store again and spoke with [redacted]. He was extremely rude and seemed to be irritated that we were disgusted over the treatment we got. He told us that special orders are 12 weeks. We told him that our contract says 6-8 weeks. His response was "if someone wrote that in there, that's not my problem. The small writing on the bottom states 12 weeks." His staff wrote the contract and it was written 6-8 weeks. Regardless, on 7-28-14, that was 12 weeks and the furniture was not available. We heard nothing else from that store until Wed, Aug 6, 2014. They delivered the next day. When I got home from out of town, I opened all the blinds and when the sunlight hits the furniture, it is very obvious that the lounge section of the sofa is a different shade of brown. I did not notify tem of this because they are very difficult to deal with.Desired Settlement: I would like a new sectional sofa made that has the same color fabric on each piece and I would like some sort of discount for all of the aggravation this has caused me and my family. If they will make this right, I would be willing to return the $200.00 store credit because honestly, I do not want to purchase anything from this company ever again. I would need to use the furniture while the new pieces are being made because I can't have my family sitting on the floor for another 13 plus weeks.

In regards to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. My service manager and myself went to Mr [redacted] home to inspect the product he purchased on August 25,2014. His complaint was valid and I contacted our supplier and offered to exchange his sectional. Mr. [redacted] said he would agrees on a discount and just keep the sectional that was

already in his home. Our supplier offered 113 a discount Quit we passed on to Mr [redacted] and he agreed to their offer A refund check was mailed out to Mr. [redacted] for the amount agreed upon on August 28,2014. We fed this matter is now settled and apologize for any inconveniences that have occurred.

Review: sold defective furniture and did a bad repair jobDesired Settlement: refund desired

Customer called on Sept.23rd. with issues on her sofa. On Sept. 25th, our service manager went to her

home to inspect her sofa. There were white marks on all three seats and on inside backs. He asked her if

she had tried to clean it? She said no. Parts were ordered from the manufacture.

When parts came in on

Nov. 19th. we picked up her sofa and replaced all three seats and inside backs with new fabric, It was

redelivered on Nov. 20th. Customer accepted it at the time. That night she called saying she had a

problem with repair of sofa, she said it wasn’t stuffed enough. It was the same sealed bags that were in

it as before. We told her to readjust the poly inside the cushions. Then told her to contact the

manufacture. She contacted them and sent them one of her cushions, They felt the repair was above

and beyond satisfactory. That is when she called Revdex.com. She had never been charged for any of this. At this

point Mckinney’s contacted the manufacture. They agreed to let her reselect for the amount of her sofa

of $1050.00 plus tax. We have contacted her to reselect a new sofa and we will exchange it for her after

she makes the reselection. lf we can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact us.
