I enrolled in a year of courses in October 2019. March 2020 covid shutdowns began. I asked for an extension for more time since I was unable to take any proctored exams during that time. They refused to even extend it through the end of the year. I will not be renewing or doing any other classes with them in the future. Poor customer service decision to not take care of their students. Also, nobody knows anything when you message or call. They have to get with other people every time. The man that finally told me no was rude. I NEVER write reviews...do not use this company.
